Validate transformer Power.

It is simulated that the transformer is operating at its nominal Power during the necessary time, such that the temperature of the transformer does not rise by more than one degree centigrade with respect to the ambient temperature during three consecutive hours.

If the temperature rise does not exceed the design temperature, the transformer  meets the Power for which it was designed..

Deemsa use current techniques, such as thermography, which allows us to determine remote temperatures of our equipment in order to study the thermal behavior reached by the different components of our transformers in their different charges.

LIGHTNING IMPULSE TEST

The atmospheric impulse test is a test that stresses the insulation, since it simulates an atmospheric discharge with voltage and defined  time to the NBAI of the transformer insulation.

In addition, our Impulse System has equipment that allows it to measure the current of the impulse generated at the output of the transformer under test, so that the total power of the lightning impulse applied to our equipment can be recorded.

OHMIC RESISTANCE TESTER

Ohmmeter used in the ohmic resistance test of the windings and temperature rise, it has two measurement channels, which allows simultaneously measuring two windings of the same transformer at the same time, it has a core demagnetization function to protect the operator of an electric shock, a test current of up to 50 A can be achieved.

TURN TEST RATIO

TTR for tests of transformation ratio, polarity, recognition of the vector group in transformers, excitation current, etc. Its design allows measure the voltage ratio in three-phase or single-phase equipment, even in CTs.  Useful to detect any anomaly in the connections of the equipment, as well as any deviation in the tolerance of the transformation ratio.
